Interseptimal may mean:
- interordinal
- an adjective meaning "having to do with 49/48". (49/48 may be called the interseptimal diesis, as it separates the septimal intervals 8/7 and 7/6.)
- "Interseptimal" is a less common name for Semaphore, 2.3.7[49/48].
- "Interseptimal diatonic" refers to the 2.3.7 subgroup JI scale 1/1-8/7-7/6-4/3-3/2-12/7-7/4-2/1.
